The training participants are mainly employees, volunteers, youth workers and educators who work and/or cooperate with members and associated members of the KROJ Network. Of course, we always open the space to external participants who are interested in the topic of career counseling and youth work and therefore want to incorporate career content into their everyday life. As a result, experienced youth workers who complete the training can join the pool of youth career advisors of the KROJ network, which we established in 2023, and as such can:
- They run the career workshops of the KROJ Network.
- They meet regularly, improve and exchange good practices.
- Join the KROJ Network Career Chat.
- They offer personal mentoring to young people who decide to participate in the Shadowing at the workplace project within the KROJ Network and in cooperation with the City of Ljubljana.
