Career development is an active process in which an individual gains different skills, experience and knowledge, and it includes both formal, and non-formal and informal learning. We believe that pedagogic workers in Slovenian educational institutions offer their best in preparing youngsters for their career choices. At the same time, non-governmental organisations that are close to these youngsters, play a great role in their career development.
This is why the Youth network for career development (Mladinska mreža za karierni razvoj - KROJ) is organising a lecture for everyone who deals with advising youngsters in their career planning and development in any shape or form. The lecture will take place at ČMC Zalog (Zaloška 220, Ljubljana) on Tuesday 22nd May between 2 and 4 pm.

We will host Mr Miran Morano whose lecture will focus on how to mentor and help youngsters during the process of career planning and becoming part of working environment. The lecture will be followed by a moderated debate.
