Send us a photo, or a video on what you would like to improve, along with a short description of your idea for the solution. This is our invitation for you to join the idealists, who want to change things for the better. You will learn how to realise ideas, and develop projects.

If you are 18 to 30 years old, send us a photo, or a video on what you would like to improve, along with a short description of your idea for a solution. 20 initiatives will be chosen, and the best four will be awarded the one-time grants of 500€ (gross)during the idea improvement programme.

November/December: The idea improvement programme for the 20 chosen initiatives will focus on the needs, and wishes of the idealists. The planned dates for the 4-hour workshops are:
- Friday, 11th November 2016
- Saturday, 12th November 2016
- Friday, 18th November 2016
- Friday, 2nd December 2016
After the idea improvement programme is completed, we will follow-up with the realisation of chosen projects, and their formal opening. Project ideas will be collected by the Public Institution young Dragons, who are also the contributors of the grants. A three-person committee will evaluate the initiatives, and choose four to receive grants, based on a consensus. The committee will evaluate the initiatives on the following criteria: clarity of the idea, feasibility of the implementation plan, commitment of the idealist, and the possibility of implementation of the idea at other locations.
We want to co-create an incubator of quality city life, providing education, and support for realisation of local initiatives. We want to encourage the youth of Ljubljana to share the virus of positive enquiry, and to successfully realise your ideas.
