TiPovej!'s application at the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport's call for employment in the field of youth work in youth sector was successfully approved, and we were able to employ a youth worker for a period of 9 months. This employment opportunity enables young people to obtain quality work experience, knowledge and skills, while the youth sector's work is reinforced with an addition to its regular activities in the organisations working in public interest.
The emphasis on the activities carried out by our new youth work will be on non-formal learning and encouraging the realisation of young people's ideas. The youth work will, among other, cooperate and collaborate in planning youth programs together with young people as well as carry out these same programs, work in teams with young people, enable young people to gain competences, and carry out activities for the dissemination of youth work.
