Within the project, young people were trained for concrete jobs. The focus was on upgrading the competences of young people, obtaining new references and the process that will enable young people first to access workplace training (program of the Employment Service of Slovenia) and then also possible employment in one of the public institutions or companies founded by the Municipality of Ljubljana.
15 young people were involved in project implementation. The training program lasted approximately 16 hours and was divided into four workshops.
Workshops for mentors were implemented by the experts of JZ Cene Štupar, while the program for young people was implemented by experts from Public Institution Mladi zmaji and youth organizations TiPovej! and the Institute Nefiks.
