Among the blocks on the Ana Ziherlova street in Šiska, we will implement 10 creative workshops for children of all ages.
In the workshops we will use mostly recycled materials and those that are found in surrounding, such as branches, stones, cones. Children will be learnt how to make their own toy or play tool. In the same time we will encourage them to develop a responsible attitude towards the environment around their homes. We will support them to keep the surrounding as safe, inspiring and beautiful space for the entire local community.
We try to do the best that the workshops will full fill the interests of boys and girls.
Within the workshops children will be offered healthy snacks and drinks. What will be good base to discus about healthy nutrition and care for the natural food with them. The workshop are planned in the way that we together with kids co- create playground space, enrich it with toys, spatial installations and other products (windmills, kites, jewelry) that will be produced in the workshops.
Activities follow each other in the way, that first workshop will be the beginning of the story and the last one the celebration, while all ten workshops stand as a single story, but in another way each workshop is story itself.
During the 24.6. to 15.7. 2013, between 16. and 18. hour we will be carried out 10 workshops.
First workshop starts on Monday 26 June, at 16 hours.
Workshops are our participation to the local community.
