Training course will facilitate a non-formal learning process that helps to create knowledge and understanding regarding conflict. Through the reflection of experienced conflicts on a personal and a group level, participants will learn to understand and analyse conflicts. There will be shared and practiced a variety of (communicative) non-violent conflict transformation approaches, methods and tools such as - active listening, paraphrasing, feedback, assertiveness, empathy. There will be presentation of 3 partied model of communications skills, and increase understanding and usage of every element.
In training we will get familiar how to deal with confronting and conflicting situations better and more constructive, laying out a path of more opportunities and changes. In addition, we will together learn how to forward this knowledge and these tools to marginalized youth groups, which will empower them and let them face their challenges in everyday life and society.
