better?\u2019 gives us an insight into the youth \u2018scene\u2019 in the City Incubator. The ideas that young people want to implement to improve their lives and the lives of local communities are like litmus paper, ruthlessly revealing the state of the substance.  <br>What we are finding in the program this time is an increase in ideas that address the mental health of young people, ideas that include art as a (partial) response to the social needs of young people.
