Its goal is to help youth workers support young people in learning important life skills. Also, many young people struggle with mental health problems, especially because of social media. <br\/>The ConnectEd project wants to solve these issues by giving youth workers the right tools to help.  <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How does it work?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is creating a special ConnectEd methodology that will give youth workers new ways to support young people.
