Too often, schools focus on grades, not growth; knowledge, not confidence.  <\/span><b>ConnectEd: Bridging Minds, Building Communities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Erasmus+ project supported by the European Union<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, gives youth workers, educators, and young people the tools they truly need.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Led by <\/span><b>TiPovej! (Slovenia)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in partnership with <\/span><b>BACKSLASH (Spain)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Libero (Serbia)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Connect International (Belgium)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the project focuses on three essential pillars: <\/span><b>learning to learn, building community, and caring for mental health.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To address those challenges, the project developed two <\/span><b>ConnectEd playlists<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 digital learning pathways that bring personal growth and practical skills into everyday youth work.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Playlist 1 &#8211; ConnectEd: Bridging Minds, Building Communities<\/b><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(For youth workers, educators, and organizations working with youth)<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This playlist is built for educators who guide and support young people every day \u2014 teachers, mentors, and youth workers. It offers  <\/span><b>hands-on, ready-to-use activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that make learning about life skills both simple and engaging.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From stress management and problem-solving to empathy and teamwork, the playlist helps educators turn theory into real change. Use it in the classroom, during workshops, or in a youth center \u2014 each activity is designed to  <\/span><b>build confidence, create safe spaces, and build connection<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019ve ever watched a young person struggle and wished you could do more \u2014 this playlist gives you the practical tools to make that difference. This playlist helps young people explore who they are, manage their emotions, and find balance through  <\/span><b>interactive, self-paced activities<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s not about perfection. It\u2019s about learning how to stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and connect meaningfully with others. Because when young people understand themselves better, they also become stronger \u2014 and kinder \u2014 members of their communities. Early results show measurable progress in how young people learn, think, and connect. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Across the three countries, over 150 young people took part in workshops on <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">learning to learn, mental health,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">community building.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The early results show:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understanding of how to learn effectively doubled, with more than 50% of participants feeling confident to apply new strategies in practice.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Around 85% reported learning concrete tools for managing stress and emotions.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Confidence in key soft skills \u2014 like communication, teamwork, and creativity \u2014 rose to an average of 4.5 out of 5.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><br><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Motivation linked to personal purpose grew by nearly 20%, showing that when learning feels meaningful, persistence follows.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><br><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These results show that with the right tools and support, young people move from uncertainty to confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, can one playlist change how we support youth? <\/span><\/p><p><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-354ed73 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"354ed73\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We talk a lot about preparing young people for the future \u2014 but how often do we stop to ask how we\u2019re really helping them get there?
