{"id":5416,"date":"2025-05-28T10:00:40","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T10:00:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tipovej.org\/open-call-for-young-emerging-street-artists-within-the-pass-project\/"},"modified":"2025-11-17T09:30:22","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T09:30:22","slug":"open-call-for-young-emerging-street-artists-within-the-pass-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tipovej.org\/en\/open-call-for-young-emerging-street-artists-within-the-pass-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Open call for young emerging street artists within the PASS project"},"content":{"rendered":"<style>.elementor-5416 .elementor-element.elementor-element-cc5b1e7{--display:flex;}.elementor-5416 .elementor-element.elementor-element-354ed73{--display:flex;}<\/style>\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"5416\" class=\"elementor elementor-5416 elementor-4784\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc5b1e7 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cc5b1e7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-23d4e73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"23d4e73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PASS initiative, led by the consortium of cultural operators from Belgium, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia, and co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union is announcing:<\/p><p><em><strong>Open call for YOUNG EMERGING ARTISTS to bring positive social change to the local communities across Europe through the development of socially engaging artworks in public spaces<\/strong><strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>We are looking to engage and support <strong>18 emerging young artists <\/strong>coming from diverse European countries (list of eligible countries provided in the Call document) to delve into <strong>transnational co-creation of socially engaging street\/public artworks<\/strong> (murals, graffities, performances, etc.) addressing<strong> social inclusion of migrants and refugees.<\/strong> Art position itself as irreplaceable platform for community dialogue, which we strive to foster and deploy in supporting social cohesion across Europe.  <\/p><p>Selected artists will receive opportunity to:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Participate at the PASS masterclass program<\/strong> (transnational event) where they will learn about innovative PASS methodology that amplify the importance of socially engaging artistic practices and help them elevate their careers.<\/li><li>Engage into transnational teams of 3 artists that will receive tailored support in <strong>preparation, production, exhibition and promotion<\/strong> of the socially engaging street\/public artwork (murals, graffities, performances, etc.). <\/li><li><strong>Take the stage at one of the PASS festivals in Serbia, North Macedonia or Slovenia <\/strong>where prepared artworks will be produced and exhibited to the mass audience. <\/li><li><strong>Become part of the unique PASS open-air guided tours<\/strong> with their artworks (in the city where they will co-produce and exhibit the artwork), accessible using tailored mobile application, thus receive a permanent access to the thousands of transnational audiences annually. <\/li><\/ul><p><em>Selected artists will gather in <strong>Belgrade, Serbia, from 25<sup>th<\/sup> to 29<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong> of September 2025 for the PASS Masterclass program \u2013 a transnational training and study session, after which they will engage into co-creation of artworks that will be implemented at the PASS festivals in <strong>Belgrade (Serbia)<\/strong>, <strong>Ljubljana (Slovenia)<\/strong> and <strong>Skopje (North Macedonia) <\/strong>in <strong>2026.<\/strong> <\/em><\/p><p>Take the next step in your artistic journey and make your mark on an international stage.
