It is an international project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, bringing together partners from several countries with the aim of developing practical tools to strengthen the digital competences of youth workers and organizations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the heart of the project is an open online resource library, freely accessible to anyone interested. On the platform, users can find more than 50 interactive activities that can be used in various ways \u2013 for independent learning by young people, as part of workshops, or as support for organizations in the strategic development of digital youth work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Access all materials:<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitalyouthwork.net\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/www.digitalyouthwork.net\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the activities, the platform also includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a blended online course with video content and practical tasks,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a collection of good practices in digital youth work from across Europe,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a self-assessment tool for youth workers\u2019 digital competences, based on an international competence framework developed within SNAC in the field of digital youth work (first edition),<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">support tools for organizations in planning their digital development.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A special value of the project lies in its holistic approach to digital transformation \u2013 not merely as the use of technology, but as a process that includes reflection, ethics, relationships, and the needs of young people. The project promotes a thoughtful use of digital tools, where technology supports youth work rather than replacing it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Systemic is intended for both youth workers and organizations that wish to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">develop digital competences,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">improve the quality of their work with young people,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">understand the role of technology in modern society,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">introduce digital approaches in an inclusive, ethical, and youth-friendly way.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project remains open to the wider community \u2013 users can test the tools, provide feedback, and contribute to further development of the content, including translations into different languages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital Systemic thus represents an accessible and practical resource for anyone who wants to understand and co-create the future of youth work in the digital world.
