It was created by a group of youth workers and volunteers from the organizations Zavod Nefiks, Socialna akademija, and Zavod TiPovej, with the aim of bringing career thinking closer to young people in an accessible, interactive, and experiential way. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The game is based on the concept of lifelong career guidance, where players shape their career paths and CVs through decision-making. During the game, they encounter various situations, opportunities, and challenges that influence their development \u2013 much like in real life. A special feature of the game is that it does not have a traditional winner; its purpose is exploration, reflection, and understanding the consequences of the decisions we make along our paths.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The game encourages active learning and includes elements of gamification that enable participants to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">better understand their own interests, competences, and career opportunities,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gain insight into different career paths and the decisions of others,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">develop personal, social, and career skills through experience,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">learn about key concepts and stakeholders in the field of career development.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An important part of the game is reflection, where participants analyze their decisions, consider their consequences, and connect the game experience with real life. This reflective aspect is what allows the game to go beyond being just a fun activity and become an effective tool for learning and personal development. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The game is designed to be flexible \u2013 it can be delivered as a full workshop or individual elements (such as challenge cards) can be used independently when working with young people. It is suitable for various groups and environments, especially in the youth sector, education, and career counseling. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/mreza-kroj.si\/kam-zdej\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where to now?<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is also available in a do-it-yourself (DIY) format, allowing organizations or individuals to prepare the game themselves using accessible materials.
