What does participation in the workshop bring?
Through active participation in the workshop, young people learn to identify their idea and then describe it with crystal clarity. They can envision how this idea will be realized. Furthermore, they form a clear picture of the initial step, which is usually the most difficult. This knowledge can be applied to any area of life and professional experience, from buying a car to patenting a new invention.
Content
1. Deliberation and preparation of a crystal-clear and well-described idea.
2. Presenting the idea to others and checking its clarity.
3. Preparation of an implementation plan.
4. Forming a clear picture of what the initial, most crucial step is.
5. Mentoring by arrangement.
The training enables idealists* to test their ideas and equips them to prepare an operational plan for independent idea realization.
During the training, idealists* have access to various experts in the field of idea realization. All of them are successful in their respective fields concerning product or service development, business consulting, marketing, planning, and financing. These experts dissect individual participants’ ideas and provide them with clear feedback based on their analysis.
*Idealist – a person with a concrete idea waiting to take flight.
Delivery
The entire training comprises 16 hours. Workshops can be conducted intensively over 2 days by arrangement, or individually over a longer period.
