Ljubljana joins the PASS tour this June, hosting the initiative from 10 to 13 June. The main public program takes place on 11 and 12 June, when artists from across Europe gather in the city for live mural creation, textile workshops, a fashion show, DJ sets, skate culture and open conversations about art and public space.
The festival is designed as an open, participatory space where the public is a co-creator, not just a spectator. We especially want to see migrants, members of ethnic and cultural minorities, and persons with disabilities take part – in the workshops, in the discussions and in the art itself.
Both days are free and open to the public. No registration required – just come and be part of it.
The festival is organised within the “PASS The Street Art, Shake the Hand” project, implemented by partners from North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia, with an aim to bring artists and communities together to co-create murals, graffiti, performances and other forms of street art that celebrate diversity and strengthen social cohesion across Europe. The project is co-funded by the European Union.
