The MOST Network has developed a new, experiential product — an educational escape room, which introduces young people to the world of international mobilities, volunteering (ERASMUS+, ESE), and youth work in an inclusive, safe, and fun way.
We are currently looking for 10 GAME MASTERS (18+) … who will be able to prepare the escape room, lead groups through it within their organizations, and conduct a quality reflection afterwards, which is crucial for its impact.
If you have a basic insight into youth work, enjoy working with people, and are interested in gamification — then you are the perfect candidate.

What awaits you at the training?
- you will learn about the concept, story, and goals of Emina’s Expedition,
- you will receive detailed instructions for running the escape room,
- you will get to know the implementation package (materials, instructions, reflection questions),
- you will test game elements in practice,
- you will receive clear guidelines for quality execution.
