ConnectEd: Bridging minds, Building communities
The ConnectEd: Bridging Minds, Building Communities project is an Erasmus+ initiative supported by the European Union. Its goal is to help youth workers support young people in learning important life skills, such as:
- Learning how to learn
- Building strong communities
- Understanding and promoting mental health
Why is this project important?
Traditional education often doesn’t provide young people with these skills. In addition, many young people face mental health challenges, especially due to the impact of social media. The ConnectEd project aims to address these issues by providing youth workers with the appropriate tools to help.
How does it work?
The project is developing a special ConnectEd methodology that will enable youth workers to support young people in new ways. It will also include digital learning paths that will make learning more engaging and accessible.
Who is participating?
The project is being implemented by organizations from different countries:
- TiPovej! (Slovenia)
- BACKSLASH (Spain)
- Libero (Serbia)
- Connect International (Belgium)
Who is funding the project?
The project is co-financed by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program. This means that it follows EU standards and supports learning and development across borders. However, it is important to know that the views expressed in this text belong to the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the EU.
