As part of the Digital Systemic project, a comprehensive blended online course has also been developed, offering youth workers and organizations concrete knowledge for advancing digital youth work. The course, co-created by partners of the Cities of Learning network, brings together more than 10 years of experience in digital transformation in the youth sector and non-formal education.

The programme is based on a combination of self-paced online learning and interactive content, guiding participants through the key aspects of digital transformation in youth work. A distinctive feature of the course is its systemic approach, which understands digitalization as a comprehensive process – from competences and infrastructure to organizational culture and change management.
