What does participation in the workshop bring?
By participating in the workshop, youth workers and educators get acquainted with an online and mobile application that helps them and the participants of their programs reflect on their personal, informal learning process and learning outcomes. Digital learning badges allow users to evaluate and showcase their knowledge in a fun and structured way.
The prepared platform offers a systematic approach to all acquired informal knowledge and achievements, and demonstrates how all these experiences can be presented to others, including employers.
Content
• Reflection on the evaluation and recognition of informal learning outcomes.
• Creation of a badge prototype that will serve as the basis for a digital one.
• Presentation of the online platform and design of digital badges.
• Gamification – using gaming techniques and elements in daily tasks and business processes.
• Discussion on usability.

Delivery
The workshop can be conducted individually or in organized groups. For group implementation, we need at least 4 hours; for individual, at least 3 hours.
