Learning to learn

Motivational workshop for learning and work.

Better school performance. More free time. Motivation for a vision.

What does participation in the workshop bring?

By participating in the workshop, young people become more effective and more motivated to learn. How is this possible in just a few hours? Through well-designed exercises that lead to better self-awareness and understanding of their learning process, and by creating a plan to achieve learning goals.

• The Learning River – a review of past learning achievements.
• Understanding and recognizing learning styles.
• Presenting the importance of the ‘learning to learn’ competence and intrinsic motivation for learning.
• Intertwining the roles of teacher and student – asking clear questions, understanding feedback, and learning together with peers.

The workshop lasts 2 hours. It can be conducted both in a group and individually.

TiPovejZavod was a co-creator of a two-year European project on the ‘learning to learn’ competence, in which it developed concrete approaches and new methodologies. In collaboration with a European network of seven organizations, we joined forces to design, implement, and analyze innovative approaches in the field of non-formal education with the aim of developing the ‘Learning to Learn’ competence (knowledge, skills, attitudes), which enables students to plan, organize, execute, and evaluate their learning, especially through the lens of self-directed learning.
