DigitalYOu Platform brings these experiences together into one interactive digital space created specifically for youth organizations. Developed through an international project co-funded by the European Union and implemented by partners from Belgium, Greece, Spain, Slovenia, and Serbia, the platform helps organizations work smarter, collaborate easier, and create stronger connections online.

The platform is built around four powerful functions:
ENGAGE – A Smarter Way to Organize Work
The ENGAGE function acts as a virtual office where organizations can manage teamwork, communication, and everyday activities in one place. Instead of losing time between endless emails and scattered documents, teams can collaborate more efficiently and stay connected.
A special part of this function is the e-learning module led by Zavod TiPovej!, designed to guide organizations through a simple 5-step digital transformation journey.

The EMPOWER function offers interactive virtual conference rooms equipped with tools that make workshops, meetings, trainings, and discussions more engaging for participants. Organizations can create spaces where people actively participate, collaborate, and connect — even online.
CONNECT – Organise online fair and other networking events
Youth organizations grow through collaboration, shared ideas, and partnerships.
The CONNECT function allows organizations to participate in virtual fairs where they can present their projects, exchange experiences, and connect with organizations from different countries. It creates opportunities for networking, visibility, and future cooperation in an easy and accessible digital environment.
E – VOLUNTEERING – Manage volunteering online
Volunteers are at the heart of many youth initiatives, and managing volunteering opportunities online has become increasingly important.
The E- VOLUNTEERING function gives organizations their own e-volunteering space where they can share opportunities, coordinate activities, and manage volunteers more effectively. This creates a smoother experience for both organizations and young people looking to get involved.
