What does participation in the workshop bring?
In the workshop, we offer fresh approaches for the first steps towards employment or a career change. The model provides a clear overview of what we have, what we know, and what we can contribute to the world. The process brings freshness and motivation for future work. Undecided young people who are unsure about choosing the right field of study will be a step closer to a decision after the workshop. Employees who desire new challenges will be able to reconsider their role in their current organization and explore possible improvements or even a complete career transformation.
Content
• Individual values, mission, vision, and goals.
• What do I know and what do I have? Competencies (knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards…).
• Using the Personal Development Model tool, which helps you answer key questions.
• Action plan.
Delivery
The workshop can be conducted both in a group and individually.
For individual sessions, we need at least 2 hours, and for group sessions, at least 3 hours.
