Mreža KROJ

Mreža KROJ (the KROJ Network) is a dynamic youth network in Slovenia that brings together organisations working on career development and support for young people. It connects key actors in the youth sector, encourages cooperation, and helps young people access quality information and opportunities to shape their own career paths.

The network acts as a bridge between youth organisations, decision-makers and young people, setting quality standards in career guidance and creating spaces for potential growth. By organising trainings, workshops, events and collaborative activities, Mreža KROJ strengthens the competencies of youth workers and equips young people with practical tools and confidence to explore future careers.

Each year, Mreža KROJ hosts the Career Week, a series of activities designed to support young people in making informed career decisions, gaining professional insights and discovering new possibilities both in education and the labour market.

As part of its mission to empower young people, the network also offers training opportunities for career counsellors, support for professional qualification, and engaging digital initiatives that expand its reach beyond traditional settings.
